We bring you with us to try a very special restaurant on the island of Mazzorbo in Venice: Venissa restaurant, one Michelin star, led by chef Chiara Pavan and chef Francesco Brutto.
We were enchanted by the location, in a garden planted with Dorona, an ancient native grape variety, and by the cuisine, a delicate balance between experimentation and attention to local tradition, with a great focus on the vegetable world and the local fish proposal.
A pleasant discovery that hit us for the great passion of the chefs and for the philosophy of respect for ingredients, seasonality and the surrounding environment.
