I'm glad you guys tried banh khot that is actual banh khot instead of mini banh xeo like typically seen in HCMC. I often see the ones that are thin and crispy, but don't have that soft or dough-y center, which to me is what banh khot should be.

Bo Kho, it's a beef stew. Either the carrots or the beef give it that color

How would you recommend spending 45 days in vietnam? Also after august 15, will i be aloud to visit for 45 days visa free, leave and then return for another 45 days visa free?

I think only 30 days is allowed depending on your visa of course so double check. Visa runs are no issue I’ve done them and there are bus companies that specialize in it. But def visit, Hanoi, ha long bay, Ninh binh, dalat, nah trang, da Nang, phu quoc, Saigon, Mekong. Those are the popular spots

@@alexandwhite I've read that after August 15, visa free arrivals will receive 45 days, instead of the usual 15, Im from the UK btw.
