Yes, she was very nice. Ironically if someone had prepared food of this quality for Ramsey on his show, he'd be calling them an idiot sandwich for it. It's surprising that the food is so mediocre when he has such high standards. There's no excuse for tough meat and flavourless frozen food nowadays.

There is a difference between people having frozen food at home knowing it’s frozen food than people going to a restaurant paying a premium for the exact same food but telling people it’s fresh food but it’s Gordon’s frozen food instead

He doesn't hate frozen food. It's only a problem when restaurants sell them to customers as if they're fresh. So Gordon has no issue with people eating frozen food at home, but it's also pointless to go to a restaurant and paying a lot for what is essentiallly glorified frozen food.

That's the thing though - even if he had any input on the creation of these meals he doesn't actually know shit about how to do it. Ramsay can work a kitchen like a fuckin demon but there are people who have spent years and years developing frozen foods. It's a skill set with its own knowledge base that he simply doesn't have.

True. Some things just hold up and microwave better than others. Pasta and lasagna seems to always be fine in the mic. Whereas chicken and beef always comes out chewy

If he has any concern about what he puts his name on, he'll go buy some and taste them himself. Just because something tastes good in a lab doesn't mean it tastes good out in the wild.
