on riva you pay mor for same and lower quality.. you pay the lookness. from riva wolk 5 minutes you have good retaurantes in varos

I have read the menu of the second restaurant have found it very very expansive even more expansive than restaurants in Paris, Venise ans Munich ! I don't know why Split is so expansive !

You are right, it is very expensive, even more so this year, after they adopted euro.

Sure. I would recommend you little place called Villa Spiza in the old town. Good and simple food, charming place. But great to go street food and must try are čevapćići also in the old town, the place is called Kantun Paulina.

Go to konoba fetivi. Is in the old town from split, and they are one step away from Gault michelin. But the prizes are good and the food is really Croatian homemade kitchen.

in varos.. ( 5 mintes walk from riva ) "konoba varos" and " tinel"

You went to the best reviewed restaurant in that town and ordered a mozzarella sandwich? That doesn't really make you the right person to do a review video. Sorry thats just my opinion

I think they are using frozen and not fresh fish to prepare dishes, these types of restaurants are unfortunatly always using food bought from supermarket 😥
