This is Turkey! TURKEY is a land that belongs only to Turks! Our hospitality towards Syrians has come to the end. We have given enough help to the Syrians. Now they have to stop being brazen and go back to their country. I can't stand to see them spoil the beauty of our beautiful Turkey. Turkish people don't want to see Syrian anymore. Be brave and noble like Ukrainians. Fight for your country!

There is no such place as Istanbul's little Syria, every inch of Istanbul is Turkish land. I wish TRT World would go to Greater Syria and taste these delicacies and write Great Syria instead of typing 'Istanbul's Little Syria' and croaking. As a Turk, I am ashamed to be a refugee in my own country, because they made my country a homeland for the stateless.

Turkiye is the Turkish name of "Turkey" - The English government at the time deliberately named us "Turkey" in the English language as a way to humiliate us (the character of a turkey, the actual bird, is one who is timid & gets scared very easily). Of course, they were just bitter because we were the exact opposite of a turkey given how were were able to prevent them from taking Istanbul, tearing apart the current Turkish borders & also prevented them from colonizing Turkey with our brave & selfless fighting methods. It's the only country in the world they attempted but failed to colonize. Of course they are bitter & of course, this is why Turkiye is now changing the English word into the Turkish version :)

Polish kebab is way different than the original turkey one. We've got meat in wrap or buns, with garlic/chilli sauce or mixed, lettuce, cabbage, onion, tomato and pickle sometimes. When I have visited Turkey one year ago your Kebabs were good by the meat, but overall too small and too dry because of no sauce :(

As you said Turkish meats organic and they feed them with oregano.85 % of the oregano consumption of the world market comes from Turkey.South of the Turkey which is Toros (TAURUS)mountains full of the oregano herbs as they feed the sheep there. That is why meets here more delicious then EU and USA.

From the way people are dressed on the streets. This probably wasn't filmed in January 2022 or even December 2021. But maybe sometime back when the exchange rate was quite different. The prices in us$ would probably still be around the same now as the shop prices keeps inflating with the exchange rate.

Thanks to the author of the channel for this fascinating video! It is interesting to see how people live in other countries! It is very important to know foreign languages on such trips. I would like to recommend to all travelers a practical guide to learning foreign languages by Yuriy Ivantsiv " Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign languages". This book contains a lot of useful tips on how to learn a foreign language for tourists, students, entrepreneurs and anyone who needs a foreign language in life. There are a lot of good tips on how to solve problems with the language from beginner to advanced level of language learning. It turns out that the traveler only needs to know a few dialogues and you can easily travel around the world! You don't have to spend a lot of time to fully learn a foreign language, you just need to learn what you can use when you travel. I wish everyone exciting travels!
