one of the best Roast Suckling Pig Candra, at traditional market u just eat is Tape (fermented rice /light green), Tipat Tahu (fried tofu, bean sprout, gendar(rice cracker) with peanut sauce), Warung(canteen) Wardani at Denpasar is Legend, they serve the best Nasi Bali Kedewata (chili shredded chicken, chili prawn, stir-fry long bean, Tumis Nangka (jack fruit), Beef gulai, Pindang egg (half) with chili, 1 Sate Lilit (fish) n 1 Pork Sate). Sate Plecing Arjuna (pork) is the Legend, they serve 2 tipe; plecing is spicy n other is sweet (not spicy)

Hi Joel, I have a question for you what do you do to not get stomach sick when you go to different countries or different food, because I live in USA and when we go to Mexico my family gets stomach sick. Any advice?

Hey Claudia, I started by buying travel tablets called "Travelan" and I've never been sick. As you travel more and more, you do naturally develop new bacteria (that's a good thing) that makes you immune to these problems. I no longer buy them and seem to be fine. I do avoid any tap water, and only visit the street food or restaurants that are busy. Always a good sign of freshness. These are my best tips 😀

U can get also active corcoal "Norit (brand)" at pharmacy or shop "Indomaret" .. if u visit bali next time..
