I'm gonna go a bit nerdy and I write a lot so be prepared. I am also very good at PVP, believe it or not, so this information is reliable. Buddha would be faster because he can use sword and melee abilities, and Buddha m1s are faster, some swords like TTK deal 10k damage with m1s and give extra dash so the damage and mobility are also higher (no ken break though so a little bit of skill is required). Buddha also has higher jumps than Mammoth and gets fewer mobility debuffs, and the AOE on the m1s is much bigger because it goes 360 instead of 180 degrees like Mammoth. If you use Mammoth for the m1s alone buddha would work better. (If you got for Buddha fruit main like a skilled person, buddha also got 3 - 10 times higher AOE depending on the moves you use, breaks ken haki with every ability except c in the air and f, and you can still use other abilities so Mammoth transformed is basically a direct downgrade of buddha) If you need it for grinding then Buddha is 100% better because the only good thing about Mammoth is m1s break ken haki in 4th strike.

@@BaconDino-jy1beyou need to travel to a new ice island on 3rd sea and have 6+ people with you to defeat the leviathan boss, then you will get a heart floating in the sky and you need the legendary boat from the npc to get the cold heart floating in the sky and then you can get the new fighting style.
