I love the dynamic of Ro and Mike. Personally this challenge would be really hard for me because I'm allergic to food dyes but it's so fun to watch them grab foods and get super happy when they realize they can have them. Keep up the awesome work!

As a note for Mike, the reason you are so full after eating the protein packed pasta is because protein tackles your hunger hormone and counteracts it. That's the reason why protein is recommended in the morning over sugar, which does the opposite.

I love this video! I try not to shop on amazon very much but that cart looks cool lol. There are so many yellow and red foods. I do think there are natural blue foods like blueberries and blue corn tortilla chips

Opal apples are the type of apples that don’t go brown when you cut them and leave them! It takes like 8 hours but still don’t really turn brown. It’s low on the enzyme that turns apples brown when exposed to oxygen. I love opals they are good!

If they ever do this again, then the two colors that I would be happy with would be either brown or white. Brown would give you most meat since cooking meat makes it brown, not to mention there would also be chocolate for dessert. White would give you pasta since it does turn white when you cook it with other white foods being white asparagus, white potatoes, marshmallows, onions, tortillas, and a LOT of cheese!

Opal apple is just a variety of apple. There are so many varieties of apples. They look like they are probably a golden delicious mixed with something else. So it would be a sweet apple.

Can you bake cookies with different types of butter? I only had a sweet cream unsalted butter and my cookies didn't change its shape at all. Taste a little different too.

For the record, Opal apples are one of the best snacking apples. They have a very sweet crunch and they are actually resistant to the browning affect that apples have when the inner flesh is exposed to oxygen. You can cut them and they'll last a few hours before getting gross!

You should do a test where you put on sticky things and make your hair oily and see if your friends will be a good friend and tell you or if the will lie. Like what Brooklyn and Bailey did. :) You guys are so cool!!!
