As a Scottish person, I think I know of only one fellow Scot who has ever had a deep fried Mars bar haha. Can confirm that we do love a sticky toffee pudding though!

Sticky Toffee Pud was accurately described as British, usually attributed to Cumbria. A cracking good dish. With all those calories you should not need to eat for 2 or 3 dsys.

Incorrect. It was invented in Stonehaven, people just turn their noses up at it because of the press - yet will happily consume pizza crunch or a munchy box.....

How stovies is made depends on where you eat at as it varies by region. It is only made with sausages in Edinburgh/Falkirk and the surrounding areas, traditionally it was made with salt beef AKA non-tinned variety of corned beef, then minced beef because it was cheaper, and eventually tinned corned beef due to rationing became popular. Eating corned beef stovies is still popular in Aberdeen, while in Glasgow they use chunks of what I assume is braised beef.

Never tried Deep Fried Mars bar. Why would you? Deep fried Haddock and chips that's very tasty. Favourite though has to be Haggis , Neeps and Tatties.😊😊❤

At our MN state fair, they deep fry anything that will stand still… including all the candy bars you can name. I can say… they are all disappointing, way too sweet and just not for the faint of stomach!

Never had one in my life. A chippy somewhere started doing this for tourists. A newspaper sensationalised this and suddenly - no wonder we are so unhealthy. First, is a mars bar good for you in the first place? All things in moderation. And, TV adverts from the past, they said a Mars a day, "helps me work rest and play" . But if you wrap it in batter, give it to a gullible tourist, (Wok feast and die) are we any more unhealthy because of this?

Also, "if you are not of a sweet tooth...", I think frying it would just make it hotter and more fat laden. Definitely not sweeter. For clarification, if you need a sweeter Mars Bar, cover it in syrup or honey maybe.

Glasgow city mission Christian charity 1.5 million pounds a year refused me hot meal in winter. 32 staff dislikes foreigners. Christians , was sentenced 24 months. Judges dont like Freedom of speech on social media.

When you go to take a bite of something, why do you put your hand underneath it? That's what plates are for. When you are chewing, why do you put your hand in front of your mouth? Everyone know what chewing looks like. It bugs the shit out of me. Every woman who tastes something on video. Just eat it for Christs sake.
