It’s so important to know that there is a MEDICAL REASON why your brain and behaviour is the way it is, it’s NOT YOU and you’re not defective. It’s how you’re wired and getting medication or therapy or anything like that can help you feel more in control and regulated is not something to be ashamed of at all. Similarly with sexuality - there’s a whole sliding scale of how straight or gay or asexual you are. Normalize not knowing, being curious, and experimenting and accepting people for wherever they are on the scale. And yes! Don’t compromise on your relationship dealbreaker boxes. Love your chats.
