I don’t know if the taho mens are still up and running but definitely recommend that if you hear someone yelling out “TAHO!!!” Early in the morning definitely go out and find them one thing I miss so much in the Philippines. It’s warm soft silken tofu with this sweet syrup (sometimes you can get them in different flavours) and tapioca balls, sooo good

FYI guys, Toyo Mansi is composed of two words together "Toyo" in Filipino is Soy Sauce and the little green citrus is called "Kalamansi" just like "TapsiLog" Tapa (beef Jerky) Sinangag (Garlic Rice) and Itlog (egg). We like to mix words together lol

SINIGANG is a Filipino soup or stew characterized by its sour and savory taste. It is most often associated with tamarind, although it can use other sour fruits and leaves as the souring agent. It is one of the more popular dishes in Filipino cuisine.

SISIG is a Filipino dish made from parts of a pig's face and belly, and chicken liver which is usually seasoned with calamansi, onions, and chili peppers. It originates from the Pampanga region in Luzon. Sisig is a staple of Kapampangan cuisine

Wanna Taste the best sisig in the Country Try it at Aling Lucing Sisig and for sure you'll love it In China Town the Best Foods are at Tasty Dumplings their Pork Chop is really good! then the Maki in Mañosa and Dimsum in Wai Ying Really love that you guys are here! Stay Safe and more foods to eat!

If you can try Kenny rogers roasters . none left here in the US . Was really good when i tried it in the Phillipines. Loved the Phillipines .and get some Lechon- roast pig .

It was bad that you were not able to explore that much in Chinatown because there were a lot of good food there. The one you went was not that known restaurant. BULALO is a beef dish from the Philippines. It is a light colored soup that is made by cooking beef shanks and bone marrow until the collagen and fat has melted into the clear broth. It typically includes leafy vegetables, corn on the cob, scallions, onions, garlic, ginger, and fish sauce and it is originally from Batangas region

HALO-HALO a popular cold dessert in the Philippines made up of crushed ice, evaporated milk or coconut milk, and various ingredients including ube jam (ube halaya), sweetened kidney or garbanzo beans, coconut strips, sago, gulaman (agar), pinipig, boiled taro or soft yams in cubes, flan, slices or portions of fruit preserves and other root crop preserves. The dessert is topped with a scoop of ube or mango ice cream. It is usually prepared in a tall clear glass and served with a long spoon

I hope you can go to family Owned businesses that specialise in certain dishes!! 😁 the commercial ones are nice too but if you go to the family owned ones it’s usually made fresh right away

Omg i havent seen you guys in a while and just when i found you youre in my country😍😂 who knows maybe ill come across you if youre in makati (i recommend BGC~) i hope you guys try foods like kare kare, buko juice, palabok and other pancits, lumpiang sariwa, siopao, taho, beef mami, laing, liempo snack like sweet and spicy pusit, hopiang baboy, piaya. chowking and manginasal (they other famous fast food place like jollibee VERY delicious💗💗) these are also my favorites food in our cuisine i think is very underrated😥❤❤ oH and pls try our various traditional kakanin (rice cakes) 😭

PORK ADOBO - It is a dish composed of pork slices cooked in soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic. There are version wherein onions are also added. Adobo is a popular dish in the Philippines, along with Sinigang.

Hi guys! I recommend going to Bahay Kawayan Restaurant in Taytay Rizal, it's where you can taste authentic Filipino Food, more authentic than Manam in my opinion. Also there's the famous clothing market nearby where you can shop great clothes for cheap! You can Grab your way there! Have fun in PH!

You can also order food via Grab here. It's like uber eats. It's more convenient especially when you're craving during midnight and can't/don't want to go out.

Hi Chonny and Dalena!! I'm a big fan of your travel vids, but please don't encourage foreigners traveling to the PH (or to any other developing country) to haggle with sellers- especially when these travelers are fortunate/wealthy enough to afford the full-priced items. 65 peso to 50 peso may not seem like a huge difference to you, but for them it may make a world of difference. Please consider this in your future travels! Much love :)

Crispy Pata or crispy pork leg is a popular Filipino pork dish. This dish can be eaten as a main dish along with rice and atcharang papaya. People also consume it as beer food or pulutan. It is best when dipped in a spicy vinegar mixture.

BUKO PANDAN is a popular Filipino Dessert made using young coconut, pandan leaves (or Screwpine leaves), and sago pearls. At first glance, this dessert dish can be mistaken for Buko Salad. Both desserts are almost similar visually.
