Many years ago, we did a seven-course meal at an Asian restaurant for a friend's birthday. Something on the menu took 24 hours to prepare, so you had to make reservations for this meal 48 hours in advance. It took us over 3 hours and some of it they took home.

If it took 24 hours to prepare than by the time you ate it, it's no longer fresh. And probably filled with bacteria unless they were in a walk in cooler preparing it.

Nice video Ken, I’m glad Carol is with you. Side note. My mother in law is visiting from Bracebridge and was telling us about a new seasonal BBQ place in Bracebridge. It is attached to the Simply Cottage (furniture and decorations) store, near the falls downtown off of Entrance Drive. I haven’t been there, but check it out! The photos look good. It is called Smokin Hot BBQ. They look closed for the season, but have preorders for the rest on Nov and Dec.

I come from Georgia in the states...we do not toast any biscuits lol....like ever lol. Also dipping a biscuit...that's a no no lol. You pour on the gravy, pour it lol. You also left gravy...that is a sin where I am from sir lol. That makes it not a clean plate.

Tto make it easy you could take everything off the biscuit and put it on the plate and ate it and then ate the biscuit last.

The store in my area started carrying I hop bagged coffee. I didn't care for the buttery syrup flavour one or the chocolate chocolate chip one at all. The signature blend is the best one in my opinion.

I’ve never had bisquits nor pancakes for breakfast. Not a thing here. I’ve no idea if any of the burger chains have the bisquits, have not seen them on the meny, but haven’t actively looked for them either.

I feel like your waitress had no idea you were there to promote their menu... It does seem a little strange to have such large sandwiches on biscuits. I've always found biscuits too tender and crumbly to hold together. All the food did look good though... Did Carol join you in eating besides the fries? Great to see you both...

the sugar free i try n behave the blue berry or strawberry 🍓 sometimes traveling you just have to fudge life is too short. Syrup is log cabin. i think best comment gets a bottle of true Canadian Syrup whos brand has the best flavor. Good stuff doesn’t have garbage in it so to speak no chemicals or dyes the real deal is made from pure maple 🍁 leaf boiled sap once you find something close it’s better for you regardless. if one reads the ingredients corn syrup to etc it’s real,but fake. Your high end stores pure maple syrup i think cain sugar as part of the boiling process aged you pay a bit more but no high fructose corn syrup none of that.
