It's nice to see 2 valve builds like this!! Awesome car! I'm sitting on an '04 2 valve drivetrain out of my dad's wrecked P-71 crown vic with only 26k miles. Looking to put it in a foxbody, or in a 96-98, with the same supercharger setup.

damn, that mustang is sweet. this is my dream build honestly, I always thought it would be super cool to do this exact build, terminator Eaton on a 2v mustang. it's like your own personal version of a terminator cobra. badass!

I have a 01 GT that I have replaced almost all the GT parts with Cobra parts. I even stuck true to the year and went with the 01 Cobra bumper (my personal favorite) and the Cobra R hood. Man these New Edges really do clean up nice with a few Cobra parts thrown at them.

Couldn't agree more, the 03-04 cobras are the best looking new edges that ever hit the street. I say to hell with anyone that calls that a fobra lol. Minus the 4v, forged internals, and the 6spd, you are pretty much there brother!

This is exactly what I plan on doing to my. The only difference is mine's going to only have the Cobra rear spoiler, other than that I'm doing the Terminator x style carbon fiber hood wrapped in the same color as the body which is mineral Gray and my exhaust will be BBK long tubes to an lar off road x pipe, with borla atak catbacks. It's going to be sick.

I gotta question I see you have the driver side valve cover vented to the intake so where is the pcv valve vented to..asking because I have the same setup and trying to figure out the vacume..I think the research I've done is wrong just need to know what to do with the big vacume port on the back of the blower thanks

That’s what I wanna do to my NEWEDGE WHEN I get it. However, I wanna get a shaved Terminator rear bumper. I’m simply not a fan of the factory rear bumper. This car is badass.

I have a tork tech ported eaton on my Bullitt. this is a nice car. I'd leave the rear bumper as is.

Justin Johnson man I bet that is a clean car! Love the Bullitts . You know the Bullit concept car had the 03/04 Cobra rear bumper on it. But they decided against it and it ended up on the 03/04 Cobra!

I call that 2V Frankenstein perfect for Halloween......that’s a sweet car a perfect daily driver I love the new edge cars I would love a 01 bullitt in true blue so badass.....I miss having a cammed car and I miss my torch red 04 Cobra to that car was a beast!!!!

The rockers are very similar between the 03 cobra and 01 bullit if there is a difference it isnt much of one.

That car was done right. With the 30-04 cobra eaton blower on top, what lower is on there? is the one for the four valve motors? Just curious.

Coyote carguy yes it’s just right in my eyes too. it’s a 7” lower pulley. Stock cobra is 7.5”.

Coyote carguy ok haha. I’m so used to people asking about the lower pulley lol. It’s a tork tech kit comes with everything to bolt an Eaton onto a 2valve.

Don’t know if you’ll reply. But do you know how difficult it was to install the tork tech kit? I’m contemplating getting it for my 2v but it seemed a little deep at first glance with some of the changes you have to make to it

I would throw a eaton m112 on my fox but what a pain it is to find parts to put it together,i rather have instant power like roots blowers,i love low end torque. After i bought a 96 cobra even with 373 gears i was like where is the torque,didnt come on till the imrcs opened. Needless to say i got another fox that i have now. Dream car is till a terminator,5 mustangs and still havent bought one.

Let me tell you the answer to that....with an older na 4v like that get 456 gears. 373 isnt even close to enough gear for an na 4v. I had 410 in my old 97 and it was nice but i regretted not going 456 after i installed em. The motto with the 4v is DONT FEAR THE GEAR. everyone fears the gear and throws 373 in em...what a waste. Even 410 wasnt good enough imo. I told myself if i ever had another na cobra im goin 456 gears without a second thought. Then you wont ever miss torque. Dont think its gonna top out at 80 mph because it dont. Itll still do close to 120 mph at the top of 4th gear with stock height tires (26ish inch).

Cody Schaver yes this is still stock internals with over 400rwhp. We are still amazed that it hasn’t came apart lol. Mach 1 seats with gt interior.

Dylan Clere not 100% sure on build cost. Friend did it little here and there. I would say you could buy this car with the setup for around 8k

Jay Grimm I think it ran 8.3 in the 1/8th on street tires. With a good tire it could run 7.6-7.8 I believe.

Riko Torres here is a link to the kit. After that you need 03/04 Cobra supercharger, heat exchanger setup with intercooler pump ,hoses, reservoir. Then injectors and fuel pump. www.torktech.com/termi-gt-kits.html

Ive been thinking throwing eaton on my crown vic (my daily) same 4.6 2v as the mustang.... is 300-350 safe on the stock bottom end of these 2vs? dont need alot of power just want a little daily sleeper lol

Two valve motors can take up to 450ish at the crank..the connecting rods will give up after that lol

Alberto Rivera this car in the vid lived for over 5 years at over 400rwhp. Just recently developed a knock. But considering the hp and how hard it was driven I was suprised it lasted over 5 years. It was a trooper

350 is childs play. You can make 400 safely with good fuel and tune no problem. The bottom ends arent as fragile as people like to make them out to be. Idk why ppl think that these days back in the early 2000s it was well known 2vs could reliably make 400+ to the tires and live for a long timem.

i want kenne bell supercharge my 02 2v GT for 600hp what else do i need to buy to make sure the motor wont blow up. I hear the bottom end but iam not a mechanic so i dont know what that means or the parts involved I am thinking heads, cam intake.i am just a working joe who likes mustangs :). The car will be a daily driven street car as well.

MaximillianRed to push 600 I would build the bottom end. That consist of crank, rods and pistons. The block is good just need better internals.

_Low mileage new edge cobras are still every bit of $20-30k where I'm at. Gt's are literally $10k if not that then less. No need to spend so much extra money just to have a little fun out of your car._

18-22k for a cobra when you can get a GT for less then 5k and put 5k into it and be faster

Mit Arokis to each their own. Also you can’t argue with the fact that by time you get the money in a gt that you would have in a clean Cobra you have a pretty stout car. I’ve owned a 03 Cobra that was stock and this car would kill it. Now after I pullied the Cobra that was a different story. However this thing is just plain cool.

I mean it's hard to really say that as much as I love terminators they cost significantly more than 2v cars. If you found a decent deal on a 2v you could have it set up like this with a built bottom end and trans and still not have as much in it as a clean terminator costs, ecspecially with 2021 prices.
