During the time E was around Bone he did in fact lose weight, in a lot of the 1994 interviews he looked pale and skinny...i think he was sick but not with AIDS, imo i feel that the media labelled his cause of death as AIDS because of his lyrical content(easy way to send shockwaves throughout the community and spread HIV awareness)...him having AIDS and all his baby mothers being clean is suspect asf to me
