Hi Sir , today has been a new update on the Perm remaining requests … Do you think that the numbers are correct ? The January used to have 14,563 cases and now has 2,155 cases This 2,155 was the old number of the cases on December 2023 . What do you think ? Respect.

What does it mean the *”Employment third preference: Other workers category” For Fiscal Year 2024 this reduction will be limited to approximately 150?

I am a medical laboratory technician, I signed an offer with hospital in the US, my perm application was filled out on Agust 2023, However, the hospital decided no to complete the process du to retrogression. I lost time and money preparing the requirements. Could u pls advise me

Hello Good day if all process is approved then what are the chances of getting the visa from the Embassy I have heard that they do want to give visas to foreign nationals and only 40% chance of getting the visa

@@eb-3greencardjobs340 I am very good in English. I even know a family in the US who could be interested to hire me as caregiver for their home. I am 48. If they sent me an invitation would this step guarantee me the visa?
