For sure, I actually just got some filler in the mail. Luckily the face portion won’t be too hard to fix up :)

@@eBayMiniatureRescues Then please, put some red into those eyes! I like to paint iris and pupil on humans, plus an upper line for lashes, and then eyebrows... But for an ork! Those bulgy eyes are a sin not to attempt!

Cannot agree more! Don't steal the excitement of waiting how the modell turns out. Also, I would really appreciate some more before-after comparisons to see what the effects add to the whole. Anyway, this is still a well produced vid, friend!

Thanks! Glad you are here :) black can definitely be tricky, I can’t promise I will be doing black super soon, but I’m sure I’ll find something that has a good amount of black on it at some point. Can you recommend a good model that features a lot of blacks?

As I watched your videos I noticed that you do fantasy things mostly so I would say first thing that comes to mind would be a skaven assassin or skaven generally from eshin clan. A chaos warriors / knights maybe or any of new nighthaunt models like knight of shrouds for example as they have large black cloaks 🙂 unless you also do 40k which obviously would point towards black templars 🙂

I’ve had my eye on some of the new nighthaunt stuff for a while. There are a few models, including the Knight of Shrouds. Chaos knights have been on my list as well, but specifically for Nurgle. And while I do have 40k models, I haven’t played in a very very long time lol. So it will probably be Sigmar specific. Doing an eBay search just a few minutes ago I’d say the possibility of some nighthaunt stuff with a black scheme is extremely possible in the near future :) thanks for the suggestions!

Thanks!! I use army painter brushes mostly, but switch to citadel between cleanings. They are alright brushes, they definitely hold paint and their tips as long as they are maintained frequently.

Yeah the newer gloomspite stuff was purchased new on eBay, I did a video a bit ago talking about buying a new army on eBay as opposed to directly from GW, and honestly I just wanted to paint them. I really like getting beaten up minis on eBay, and that’s really where I want to be for this channel, I personally like the randomness of the minis and how the videos turn out, it’s just getting a constant unique supply of minis is sometimes a bit of a challenge. Fear not though, I have several pretty good eBay Rescues coming up over the next few weeks, wrecked and half painted, missing parts...all the best stuff lol :)

@@eBayMiniatureRescues I appreciate that. So exited for the wrecked ones!! I've personally always been on a budget, so bought both my armies on Ebay. It's just like you say, lots of wrecked, half painted with missing parts. A lot of greenstuffing and "kitbashing" with miscellaneous parts later it's become a very personal and special collection of minis. Great to see someone doing something different 😄 Keep up the good work!

The ones you put in the most work definitely feel the most valuable, even when nobody else might think so. I’m glad you enjoy the content so far. I hope to deliver more and more rescues and I’m glad you’ll be here to see what happens :)
