I don’t think they listened to you nor do they communicate with each other.

I had trouble with uploading photos to my drafts like a week ago. The problem resolved itself by morning. So not sure they restricted you unless they said so. Seems like an odd thing for them to do. So it may just be an Ebay glitch. Try again in a day or two and see what happens. Hope it all works out well for you.
