Laba confusion wabula Uganda ani abalimba bino lgbt+ are born like that tho we do have a little number of fake lgbtq+ but the high percentage are born like that. Keep in mind being lgbtq+ doesn’t stop you from having kids if you want too. This is pass of time ,Uganda has a lot of problems to deal with ,( poverty is killing people,roads are terrible,healthcare is a mess ,getting a job is like a smile of the dog ,etc) in fact we do have gays who became gays because of poverty. At the end of day this law will do nothing because if someone is truly gay nothing you can do to change ,even those why say mbu they changed never they will do it again later in life or they hide n do it still,we do have many of this type. Remember you not gonna be in their houses so ,we need government to help people sosi tusiba katambala
