Yes KDP always gives me a refund without issue as long as I send the book details and pictures.

I believe so, through their expanded distribution, but obviously it ultimately depends on the bookstore. Barnes and Noble for example will not buy from Amazon (KDP).

(1) Do not tell any other mother what to do with their own children. PERIOD. (2) I don't show his face, that's MY standard for giving MY child privacy. If you need another ted talk on how to respect other parents making their own decisions, let me know.
