I've really noticed this over the past 2 years of watching him. Like, for people who barely know him, he seems really honest (too honest) and intimidating, saying basically anything without censoring himself, yet he always makes people laugh and seems very aware of when he does go too far. i've noticed this too! he seems to know exactly how to tease and mock people (like alex) in just the right way, without alex getting genuinely upset. i feel like that's such a good skill to have, especially if your friends aren't super tough-skinned. he always notices when someone else is going to far, and tries to mess around to make the person that's uncomfortable (alex) laugh to make them feel a bit better
