If you are reading this in 2024, I strongly recommend using another company to get the ECA. This is what WES should communicate publicly: "Due to a high volume of applications and temporary capacity challenges, we anticipate delays in the completion and distribution of evaluation reports." This is the message you will get when you call their customer service line. These temporary challenges have been ongoing for months. Customer service representatives are incapable of providing relevant information.

WES Timeline Update (June 2024 ) : I sent physical, attested copies of my bachelor's and master's degrees by mail. For my friend and myself, I submitted our documents to WES, which were received on March 28. It took 10 working days for them to enter the documents into the system and start the review process. The review itself took 20 working days and was completed by July 28. The status is now accepted, and an evaluation completion date has been provided. For those curious about the timeline, plan on about 2 months in total: 10 working days for WES to receive and enter your documents, 20 working days for the review process, and an additional 5+ working days for the digital PDF to be issued.

I started my evaluation with WES since May 5, 2024 I am still waiting for my evaluation, they’re still “analyzing my docs” I’ve called and the customer service representative stated that she would elevate my application for a status update but at the moment I have not received any confirmation of my documents or any other update. The second call she wasn’t even able to give me any information, any dates, besides that I need to wait and keep checking their website. If you want to cancel the process because they aren’t doing them job, they’ll charge you $52 fee. what really resembles a scam

Hello, I wanted to apply for WES evaluation and in my profile it says NSDC which is third party verification under statement of marks. I contacted my university and they have explained me the entire process and are willing to send my documents to WES. My question is should I go through NSDC since it’s mentioned on WES website for evaluation or directly ask my university to send my documents? Will there be any problems in doing so? Is that necessary to fill? Because the university that I'm planning to pursue my MBA from does not know about me because I haven't started any process nor did I initiate any communication from my side. I am confused by the fact that during the WES application, IRCC is added by default (and can't be removed) as a recipient. This is because in IRCC's Express Entry webpage, it's clearly stated and I quote: "Don’t ask the designated organization or the professional body to send us your report." (this can be found under Documents for Express Entry -> ECA: How to submit your report). Can you explain more about this? Is this a problem? Does that mean that WES will send the report directly to IRCC, electronically?

Hi Raj I have few questions I did bachelors of business administration (computer applications) from Savitri Bai Phule pune University for 3 years but University only issued 2nd and 3rd years transcript and we have to take 1st year transcript from my own college i.e sangamner college. And pune University doesn't send transcripts to Wes electronically so should I post both the envelope in a big envelope and post it to the wes or should I fill a form by wes which you have mentioned in the video and get signed and stamped it from Pune University and then post it to the wes. Hi, My surname in my degree certificate is different from the one in my passport. Only the first letter of my surname is present in my degree certificate, whereas the full name is present in my passport. I added the details in the credential section as per my degree certificate.
