Thank u Doctor , i learned alot , can i ask , is V3 and V4 considered Q waves ? Isnt there a small R wave deflection ?

The QRS morphology is considered a "QS" pattern in V1 and V2, but yes, there are small R-waves in V3 and V4. .

What does AVR look in LAHB? Is it not all negative?

No. aVR should be isoelectric or positive, because the axis should be -60 degrees or above
