Ma'am. Why ventricle repolarisation is positive wave when heart is actually relaxing

Because repolarization is actually a negative charge moving away from a positive electrode (the + part of the lead) and moving TOWARDS the negative electrode (the - part of the lead). It is easier to remember that when positive electrical charge is traveling towards the positive electrode, we get a positive deflection, and when negative electrical charge is traveling towards the negative electrode, we also get a positive deflection.
