I was there that night and one of the turning points of my concert experience! I didn't feel the need to rush to the stage after sitting out for hours waiting to get it. Something happened to me and I stood up against a post right at the top of the steps and looked at the whole experience differently. I think that was the end of my youthful quest to be at the front of the stage. Great show!

I was at the show in Detroit and did the same thing. I got up out of my seat and spent the rest of the concert roving near the back of the hall taking in the whole experience. I remember tons of smoke, clove cigarettes, weed, and fog, from the fog machines. Still one of my favorite bands from that era. My band did "Do it clean" with my band in Michigan. Good times
