I would highly recommend Font of Life with Helia, at the moment Helia can also proc of Font of Life slow which is very strong

This item fulfill the lacks of radiant imo. It's easy to proc multiple times and also you can get the full usage as first item, something radiant couldn't.

Passive doesn't work in 1v1s so enemy jg can just run you down

ROA is just better, and the regens are way less valuable in jungle.
