Using more than one block and using them in different directions is about the same effort it takes to make a swastika with normal blocks. The crafter isn't bad, it's what you do with it that could be bad. Just like anything else.

Poor Mojang, it’s certainly just a good texture for them but damn players just find ways to make the game look bad. Such sad times for Minecraft, and as a veteran, I’m deeply saddened by this. I wish 2013 mcpe comes back as it was still fun back then even with very limited features 😢

That symbol is so easy to make it was individually created by practically every human culture since ancient times, until the 1940. Till one bad man stole the symbol, and ruined it for the rest of humanity. It's really hard to not acedently make the symbol because it's that natural to humanity. If it's not even on purpose, it's probably best to ignore it.
