SralimTeuf hello hello. they're as thick as a standard garden hose (2 cm more or less) and the ones in the video are 45 cm large. since then I switched to 50cm, because I joined piryokopi, and they all use 50cm (I dislike using one size one day and another size the next). Also you can pass through a 50cm hoop, which opens up many very enjoyable possibilities. I got the hoops in the video at a random small japanese stand in EJC toulouse, but they're easy to make too. buy a hose, bend it the right size, put a stick or something in the tip that you glue (to close off the circle), then tape on top (I hear you can get tape from "Beard Juggling"). happy space-time!
