I would like to make more videos on my coffee setup, although I need to learn how to use software to edit videos etc.
The ECM Synchronika and Eureka Mignon Specialita have been amazing, it is my first semi auto espresso machine and I am more than happy so far. I have had this setup for about 2 months now, so I am still learning. I have dialed in a dark roast bean from a local roaster, 18g in and approximately 38g out in about 25-30sec.

The E61 lever needs to be greased. I suspect that since I have been using a puck screen since day 1, my lever has not gotten any oils from the coffee. I have only used Cafiza once so far and the lever was squeaky even beforehand. I ordered some Molykote 111 and waiting for a proper set of pliers to take apart the cam.
