Love this recipe. Quite like the idea of doing it into these moulds too as it would feel a bit like a massage when rubbing it onto ones scalp. Luvly juvly and am sure they smell just divine. Thanks for sharing.

This is a dumb question, but would the purple colorant and/or the vinegar be able to brighten blonde or light grey hair that has a tinge of yellow?

It was 5 - To measure pH, dissolve a small amount of the shampoo bar in distilled water. Use pH test strips or a digital pH meter for an accurate reading. Proper pH helps prevent scalp irritation, dryness, and damage to the hair, ensuring the benefits of the apple cider vinegar are maximized.

Shampoo bars contain sodium hydroxide so they require a curing period of 4-6 weeks. This is because sodium hydroxide, a potent alkali, undergoes a chemical reaction with the oils and fats within the bar. Known as saponification, this process transforms the ingredients into a gentle and safe product suitable for hair use, allowing ample time for complete neutralization of the sodium hydroxide.

It lathers beautifully, I cant add that in to video now as the video is uploaded but it has very generous lather and leaves hair feeling very clean and hair feels very lightweight.
