This video shows a step by step of procedure of mixing Part A & Part B components for Ecofoam Pouring.
Ecofoam pouring is a fully-blended rigid polyurethane foam system best used for repairs. It is prepared by mixing two chemicals which are measured in a 1:1 ratio; these are mixed manually with common mixing materials and poured into molds or compartments to be filled and insulated. This can be used to insulate panels and pipes or repair spray-up PU foam damages. It contains flame retardants which give the cured foam a fire rating of B3 standard according to DIN 4102. It is designed to have a high resistance to solvents such as petrols, kerosene, toluene, and xylene.

Please can u tell me, de second component name? We work with polyurethane and isocyanad and we want to change the iso component cuz the iso make chemical damage to the policarbonate

do u mean the chemical isocynate is not a good for this polyurethane?

@@NitishKumar-br8fv No, sorry So. We work with polyurethane. We dispense it into the policarbonate and use to the electriker boxes. The problem is, the polyurethane damage the policarbonate cuz the rain and the uv make like a katalist for chemical dmg to the boxes and 2 or 3 week and the boxes will be broken. So we need the change from the polyurethane the iso component now cuz dont carbonate dont like it. I just find one opcion and thats the "NIPU". I just wanted to know, can i change the iso component from the foam

@@noveczkyrichard3684 ohhhh so search the compatible material with polyurethane which has no effect of uv and water
