is common market another way of saying single market? my specification (AQA) puts big emphasis on the EU as a Single market (Single European Market)? so are the features/costs/benefits the same?

Harsh B The customs union has a common external tariff for non members, while in a FTA each of the members can decide upon whatever protectionism they like against non members.

+smrithi sampath Yes all 6, not difficult though. Learn them logically, building strength of integration as you go through
