The Best Man's Action Movie of All-Time. It's equals Gunga Din, ZULU, WILD BUNCH, Charge of the Light Brigade(Errol Flynn), 300 Spartans, Star Wars(Trilogy), Lord of the Rings(Trilogy) all these movies have one thing in common, defeating an evil enemy with limited man power, and doing it heroically. The Special Effects of 300 are incredible. To a Greek it is the Best Action Movie of All-Time. Thanks for the Greek Historical Quotes.

Totally agree with Kelley. I saw the 1962 film in the cinema when I was a little lad and was utterly thrilled. Ever since then I’ve wanted to be a Spartan. The film also tries to follow the narrative of Herodotus pretty well. 300 is a fantasy for the gaming generation

The ancient greeks had another religion my friend and all the philosophy and culture of life was under that religion. Im greek but i cant see any connection with christianity. After all christians were responsible for all the destruction of ancient religion , libraries, temples, statues, culture and many other among people of the ancient world of course. (philoshophers/priests etc)
