Thanks for this, like you I never missed any of the UFO ‘S brilliantly put together for the time it was made. Ed bishop was the anchor man in it.

I think most of the stuff he was involved in was aimed mainly at the male audience. Having said that though, he was still a very big name in his day.

I used to watch Ed Bishop in 'UFO' in the 1970's. Could you find Doris Hare from 'On the Buses'. She was born in Bargoed ( Bar -goyd) a former mining town in Wales. She left Bargoed when she was seven years old and the rest is history.

Doris Hare was cremated and her ashes were kept by a family member.
