As a "genXer" , so great to see and hear this. The whole flipping band was amazing and that drummer, wow. Mental Jewel and Copper were mainstays in my live. I hope he makes his way towards Virginia Beach someday, Thanks so much for sharing.

Had the pleasure to meet Ed after he played The Tivoli in Brisbane, Oz back in '09 Along with whoever else in the audience wished to stick around for his 'meet n' greet' "Hell Yes!"

He's def the real deal. "The greatest of teachers won't hesitate, to leave you there by yourself, chained to fate. Fear is not the end of this." Lyrics don't get any better than that. That's on par with anything Pink Floyd or Bob Dylan wrote.

My dear friend ! i will always listen to the older ones ,,,the greatest ....and honestly ..you played that acoustic amazingly ! your voice live ..was great ...i miss the old band ..but respect each of you ! i think you made it clear to all your going forward and no matter wat ! you will continue..! the mic i think was not set for you on this song by the way :) ...but well done ! ...

I feel like this whole thing is just broken...the audience...the mic...his timing...his soul...and as I don't expect a whole lot of agreement, I would say that I'm a fan, I've seen them twice and I think he's great - but the tension in the room would make anyone clam up a bit. I don't know just an observation.

theres definitely a weakness in his rhythm when it comes to playing while singing. especially during that chorus...listen back...go ahead. Hes slowing down...then lurching forward almost.... its a drag, he's gotta fix that shit or listen to a click or something

His vocals ARE his instrument, his Guitar playing is secondary -to accompany his freakishly awesome voice, -and doing a damn fine job mind you -where's your cover of I alone? -It must sound awesome, -and be perfectly in time obviously.. -yeah right.

Ya, he's a singer/guitarist, not a singer and guitarist so it happens. Sometimes you might just get caught up in the moment too. I don't remember seeing him play guitar the last time I saw him live.

+Nancy31ox I noticed that too, it's hard to play and sing the chorus but if you are going to play by yourself and you are a professional musician you better do it right
