Those old Patriots Ravens games regular season and playoffs - and then later when Anquon Boldin was making heroes out of Joe Shmo QBs for the Cards/Ravens/49ers were the best football games in terms of physicality. Defenses now are about disguise and confusion and is two hand touch up front, there's a clean pocket by rule. Theres just something about watching an offense rise to the physicality of those old bullies and doing it under threat and actual duress of VIOLENCE that is missing in today's game.

The guy he hit, is the same blocker that faced masked him in the start of the play. And if you've never played... you wouldn't understand how angry it can make you to be cheated slyly on the line by an already bigger lineman. Source: I'm a Lineman and you better believe I did everything to keep my people safe behind me. We'll walk back 10 or 15 yards and try again before you get a free anything on my people.

We were unstoppable man.. im still proud of my team but Flacco, Lewis and Reed played some of THE BEST FOOTBALL EVER in these years. Period. 💜 🖤

Bro, that defence was literally something else. That defence had to be the most feared in terms of who was gonna rock your shit on each play. If Ray Lewis wasn't the one it was either Ed Reed or even Terrell Suggs. What a privilege it was to watch them throughout their careers.
