The woman in the video was his gran but it was dads mum - Nancy mulligan who he wrote a song about and may I say is awesome. Nancy has passed away this year and Ed Sheeran couldn’t make it to the funeral due to court cases. This song is about his mums mum and about her point of view when she passed. His grandad on his mums side told him to release it as his gran never got to hear it so he got his other gran to be in video. But this is about his life and I’d advise you to listen to Nancy mulligan - she was Irish and her and her husband both different religion and they ran off together beautiful love story 💜

My sympathies for your uncle. And remember, he didn't lose his battle to cancer, it was at least a tie - as he fought it to the end. Take care of yourself.
