Three months ago I would not have been able to listen to this song without crying -we were just beginning the stressful journey of trying to help our daughter with new onset mental issues. This could have been sung from her POV. The only difference would be that the only thing that we had to hold on to was knowing that God WAS and IS on our side, other wise we would have no hope. Knowing that helped us know that we will be alright...maybe not now and maybe not in this present life but we would be. Peace and blessings... it will be okay

Today I read 1 Thessalonians chapter 4 to know we have hope and comfort even when a good friend or family dies. I really believe that God is first, THEN FAMILY/KIDS, then others/friends/fans. Guard your heart and sing on!!
