😅😅 at times I didn’t even notice! Once I realized it, I was initially worried it would rain all night. But, then it began feeling nice as the breezes came in too 😁.

@@ravetourguide yes! The David guetta set will be engraved into my memory! His intro was just about amazing, and it was one of the last OGs we had not seen yet as he rarely comes in Canada! The layout of the place, the set production and animation of kinetic field, everything was completely over my expectations! I just wished we lived closer to nevada haha.

I took the Opening Ceremony shuttles along with a few hundred other people and Insomniac would not let us in. Never had this issue in 3 years before and they never explained why they wouldn't let us in. 1.5 hours wasted. Really going to debate doing it again next year. I bought 4-5 Beat Boxes all weekend and never had a cap taken. I miss the height of Kinetic Field stage, but totally understand the redesign to better accommodate the possible weather. I really didn't like how much space VIP took up. Made GA feel very congested with only two ways in/out.

Wow! I did not hear about that. Sorry that happened. I would not have been happy with that 😅. I liked getting their early, but it would be nice all three days. Definitely hearing mixed outcomes with the beat boxes, having a cap really comes in handy. I do remember the height of the stage, this year it does seem shorter, but more sturdy. I liked the pylons this year ❤.

This year was my first EDC and I had VIP but I decided to purchase GA for 2024.

@@ravetourguide I personally didn't find it to be worth it for a few reasons. Biggest being layout - In my experience, it was very difficult to get to VIP at Kinetic plus the viewing deck felt far. I ended up going in to GA a lot at most of the stages to get front and center where I preferred. I don't mind GA bathrooms because I made very few trips to restroom since I don't drink alcohol. I did not care for VIP food options and didn't have much of an appetite anyway. With that said, the leftover perks that I did enjoy did not drive me to repurchase for next year. But who knows.. maybe after I get the full GA experience next year, I may go back to VIP after that haha.

This was my first edc I did not attend and the production was INSANE! They really went in on the lasers and stage design this year!

One of the bartenders took the caps and when I asked him if we could keep them he said no because they make them take it. That was on day 1 and never had that happen again after

Ahh, I see. So some inconsistencies for sure. Lots of the nonalcoholic drinks were warm and thankfully they would give us a cup with ice 😅.

They throw the caps away so you don’t toss a full beat box and hurt someone. At dodger stadium they take your cap away from aluminum 16 oz beer bottles for the same reason.

Was the place u bought pizza from the “vip” for $22? Cause I saw another similar food stahl selling whole pizza for $95

It was from the VIP section in circuit grounds. The other food vendors you were looking at were in the marquee sky deck area where there are people who purchase VIP tables and have food & beverage minimums they have to meet. Some as low as $5,000 and some as high as $15,000k +. That post is super misleading and disheartening to see the misinformation or posts without additional context. Cos I’m sure it deters people 😅.

😅 good question. I have stayed till the sun comes up many times before and I’ve had some pretty rough experiences and some good. This year, we stayed until the end for one night. But we went back to the hotel early the other two days just so we could turn in early. That way, we still get adequate sleep 😅.

It’s sucks that they put all the beautiful art between basspod and wasteland. I could barely manage walking down rainbow road or getting into kinetic field VIP bc I can’t stand bass let alone get between them and be in a happy mood looking at art.

I 100% agree with you, Chrissy. Throughout the night, rainbow road felt extremely crowded. Looking forward to the changes they make next year to improve the flow of the 150,000 people in the fest 😅.
