The most painful leglock in my opinion. If you saw how Gracie looked when Eddie caught him in it you could tell his knee was in a bad way.

@@Ruleisbroke Aww man that would be cool, but we are 400-miles North of you, and I am put on hold for the first half of this year, for multiple neck and spine surgeries over the next 6-months. But thanks bro, its always good to train with other guys who have a few minutes in this sport. :)

Eddie also does something similar when defending a double outside ashi. He will sit up and sprawl the leg, then lockdown and will turn away and finish the vaporizer. Pretty much the same as hitting it from the smash pass but without rolling onto your back. i do like the way that if this fails you can take the back though. Keep up the good content!

Dude! @12:39 That leg drag pass attempt and then to stoner control is insane! Has anyone else tried this?

Yeah man, Eddie taught it on MTS a few months ago but from defending the double outside Ashi..as when you sit-up and sprawl you are pretty much in this leg drag position. It’s nice to see coach Bri putting his own spin on it, i find his instructionals to be great!

About that rolling for 40 plus. I am and I had pain for a few years in my neck most 2 out of 10 sometimes 10 out of 10. Then I got my first bjj lesson with rolling a lot of head pulls and a few days later I was thinking where is that pain. I have no neckpain anymore and it never got back. So rolling went well for me.
