@@Msmercury94 i think it's the process of writing an email vs a text makes it a little more thoughtful/formal rather than the impulsive/spontaneous nature of texting especially during a heated conversation. it takes longer to draft an email (at least for me) since im writing everything out slowly and grammatically rather than rapid fire/short form like in a text
