Eddie Low doesn't feel like a gta npc. He's more like a Manhunt npc

Niko's sarcasm is just hilarious

The fact that Niko is only really creeped out by Eddie and not completely terrified is a sign that he has extensive experience with the dark side of humanity.

"This bag is awfully heavy" *proceeds to sprint to the car

This guy makes every single GTA character look decent

As creepy as he is, his actor did a great job with that god awful hair raising giggle.

you can disarm eddie and he will run away. and there'll be a message saying he's still out there

Eddie's creepy, child-like laughter and mannerisms pretty much show that he never developed beyond a toddler yet has adult hormones and physical capabilities. Mirrors a lot of dangerous, real-life killers.

I like how he struggles to carry the bag in the first cutscene, but he jogs to the car with the bag. When he gets out of the car he swings it around casually, then he tosses the bag with ease into the water

The most scary part of the character of Eddie Low is these kinds of people are everywhere & you have absolutely no idea.
