The other two songs that were hits in the late 1970's but this one tops them both. I have heard it several times and thought it was great. I wondered who owned the girls' voice in the background it was a great mix. I forgot that she also passed away as well. I just found out it was Ronnie Spector. Oh yeah Eddie Money was fantastic in the brief saxaphone solo.

And one of the most important historical musical moments of all time. Ronnie coming out of the darkness both figuratively and metaphorically, and back into the light after over a decade of unspeakable abuse. Eddie had the biggest balls to take on Phil Spector at that time.

It wasn't just her voice.. she was something special. There was this guy John that met her and he fell head over heels in love. Of course Ronnie literally belonged to Phil Specter at the time. So it was over before it started. John was sad and decided to go "all in" when he met a conceptual artist in London several months later. The young artist's name was Yoko. Yoko Ono. The rest is history.
