A little Eddie Trivia....the sticker on Eddie’s Blender ‘MR’ is his longtime friend, Former world surfing champ Mark Richards company logo he puts on his Surfboards. When Pearl Jam toured Australia in 2006 they played in Marks home town of Newcastle to a smaller than usual crowd and allowed Mark to write the entire Set List, Pearl Jam blew the roof off for 2.5 hrs & it was hands down the best concert I have ever seen!

Saw PJ almost a decade now ago, and Mr Vedder drank 2 bottles of wine. When the house lights came on (the arenas way of telling the band to end it) PJ played for another half hour. Ended up being a 2 and a half hour set that I will never forget. Cheers

Generally Ed will request the house lights to be brought up towards the end, sounds like you were extra lucky and the last two songs turned into four or five.

when I saw them in Seattle the same thing happened, played an entire encore after the stage lights came on and the concert ended after 3 1/2 hours…tied with U2 for the best concert I’ve ever seen
