Tord quit in 2008, but was still on good terms with Edd. He claimed that he wanted to pursue his own artistic career, and not "mooch off of Edd." When he left, he insisted Edd should also remove his animated counterpart. The beginning scene in 25ft Under the Seat was a result of this.

But, even though I'm two years late to see the end and 6 years late to give you my condolences, I have to say that Matt, Tom, Tord, Tim and Eddie, thank you for keeping Edd's legacy alive and thank you for sticking together to remember a good friend. After all, he has evolved from the king of KZfaq to an angel of KZfaq. He may be gone, but his world keeps spinning. Thank you :) have a good one
