I don't have the book still in my browser to refer to exactly what the appearance prescription was, but I do recall that you had to have long hair, you needed to lose some weight if you were overweight, and you had to dress in a way that accentuates your curves. He also insisted that you need to stand with one hip jutted out all the time. Very weird dude. He is obsessed with appearances and submissive women. I don't recommend listening to him.
