I wouldn't considered this making fun of Mexicans, but more of the Mexican stereotype. I'm Hispanic myself and I find this hilarious!

for those wondering what the list says at 0:40 i think it translates to this: Program for today: Wear a sombrero. Eat tacos. Drink tequila. Put on a fake mustache. Refer to subordinates as “gringos”. Trivialize the history of all races with offensive stereotypes. Take a nap Signed: King Bradley. The mustache should not be a parody of mine. I cant read the last one.

The subbed version is the only one available because the original got taken down because of copyright but if you wanna see a Nullmetal alchemist video without spanish subtitles then you can find Alchemist christmas on Faulerros channel
