My father abandoned me when I was 1 year old. He moved to US and he’s been hiding from me and even his family for 50 years. I’m 52. Sometimes I wish I could hug him and tell him everything is fine. My husband is a great father. I thank Jesus Christ that I was the one fatherless but my children have a good Christian dad. Thank you Lord.

I spent so long being told by doctors I had fertility issues... only to realize lovingly and graciously God denied me pregnancy because I would have made idol of the child, just as I had been making idol of the partner I choose to attempt conception with.... Your wife, her book, but also how you both together share of God’s Love through the sharing of your union, of your parenting...it has all just really been a call to obedience & a reminder that whom and what God places together Is far better than anything I could attempt to make happen on my own
