My Best Soap Ever - Incredible Effect Soap Technique

The most incredible effect soap swirling technique and all you need is a thick handle, such as a wooden spoon, paintbrush, or similar. You will also need a great color combination. You must allow your soap batter to thicken up somewhat to create this amazing easy swirl (see video to see mine).

This is the full batch size I used, half it if you prefer.
RECIPE - Cold process Soap
OIL FAZE
700g. (24.6oz) Olive Oil
1000g (35.2oz) Sunflower
800g (28.2oz) Coconut Oil
800g (28.2oz) Palm Oil
150g (5.2oz) Cocoa Butter
150g (5.2oz) Shea Butter
WATER FAZE
524g (18.4oz) Sodium Hydroxide
700g (24.6oz) Distilled Water (if making simply for home use and not to sell, tap water will do finely)
You can increase your water content up to 1171g (41oz) if you prefer.

Absolutely love how this soap turned out. I was a bit worried when I saw the amount of black as I thought it would drown the lighter colours and the swirling, too, but it turned out perfect. Not sure why anyone would feel the need to question your technical terminology as we are perfectly aware of what you’re talking about

I have never made soap...never bought an artisan soap. Never really knew it was a thing until I came across it on KZfaq. I am soo incredibly happy I've found your channel and those like yours. Watching really calms me and makes me so happy for some reason. I really think I could watch and listen to you all day! You're so calming and sweet and thia soap is absolutely stunning! The lighter pink with the black is so pretty! Sorry for all my comments but it’s like I communicate with you as I’m watching the videos. My granddaughters are wanting to make some of your soap hacks that we watched the other day and I’ll tag you on Instagram. I’m Melindadun on Instagram. I cave a couple of soaps on there but I’m so new. I don’t have the skill like you do but I’m hoping I shall get there one day!

I was drawn to you 5+ years ago because I wanted to make my favorite glycerin soap whose company went out of business. You made me feel positive, and capable of reproducing a staple in my home, and a cherished gift for my friends. My husband Richard does much of our cooking, shopping, and general thought about food. He’s not a chef- cooking relaxes him (he’s way too high functioning!) but my point is that the food he prepares has so much love- the planning, the prep, the time and energy he puts in creates an absolutely mouth watering, delicious, satisfying meal. It has love and care! I swear you can taste and feel that. This is what you do as well- thank you so very much for sharing your time , experience, artistry, and excitement - it’s more than beautiful soap products- you are inspirational and authentic. What you share is beautiful, attainable (even for me, a failed crafter!) and just absolutely priceless. A thing of beauty is a joy forever, and the everyday act of bathing or washing your hands or even just LOOKING at a few beautiful soaps in a private moment (the loo!)is a perfect place to uplift all of us. This was truly inspired and the most dramatic effect I've seen so far. I did not think I would like black in a soap, you've changed my mind forever....it's really beautiful. I love it best when you're happy with your creation and you were quite joyful with this one...and I loved it.
