Depending on how you want your distribution to be. If you lean back, the ball floats up, which is perfect for a big long range distribution. However, it gives more time for your opposition to adjust and attack the ball. It can be 50/50 ball. On the other hand, the one I explained in the video is for driving/distribution. The ball gets to the specific space/player in short amount of time because the ball doesn’t go as high as when you lean back. And it increases the rate of successful distribution + easier for the receiver to receive the ball.

@@GKyuts thanks for the detailed explanation! Honestly this driven ping is a bit harder than the ‘tradiitional’ long ball which takes a bit longer to reach target. A little fault and maybe u don’t get enough height to reach the distance intended.
