for real the resources are non existent for this course. if you're in y11 still i would say use PMT they have detailed descritions and inference for all poems. other than that ive found nothing

I highly thank you for your hard work!!, It could've taken me decades summarizing all the 15 poems and their devices , i thank you for your hard work again into making these videos,for students like me. Got my mocks in 2-3 weeks,and i thank you again for doing edexcel as I've rarely see any edexcel exam boards in English. Wish you the best ma'am -Emma

For poppies, you could talk about “a song bird releases from its cage”. The imagery of the birds represents freedom that the mother and son longed to have. Let me know what u think of my interpretation

does anyone have a list or something of what poems compare to which, if that makes sense. Like for eg, what poem is comparable to a poison tree. Please help me !!

Poison tree shows the theme of anger so I suggest comparing it to poems like a Cousin Kate or Half Caste where this anger and annoyance is demonstrated
